"They did a great job. They said they'd be here at 8:00 in the morning and they were here at 8:00 in the morning. They worked for about 4-5 hours and did everything that they said they were going to do. They're very professional people. Before I had the air conditioner put in, they sent a supervisor that talked to me about what would be done, how it would be done, and what the cost would be. Everything was detailed and clear to me so that I would understand the process and the cost. They also took care of going to Shaker Heights to make sure that I have the appropriate permits to do it and they did it in the time allotted that they said they would and was done well. They even did something extra that I was not anticipating. I have an air humidifier that was not in appropriate place and they moved it and put it where it should be without my having to even ask them so that was really nice that they did that because it has been put in a bad place. They're a very good company. I thought the pricing was very reasonable. I think they were right in the ballpark because I did check with some other sources. They were not exorbitantly high.
