"They answered the request for a quote immediately. Cory knew about the King County rebate program and told me about it. He walked me through the process and told me how much it would cost. Then he submitted the paperwork to register the septic inspection with the county. The job was completed to my satisfaction."

"I strongly recommend Hardie Plumbing and will use them for any future plumbing work! My water heater tank failed and flooded my garage and Jeff was amazingly quick and super knowledgeable. While Jeff and his assistant were replacing my water heater tank, he thoroughly explained each component of the system and how it works. Pricing was way below his competitors and no hidden fees. Thank you Jeff for making an unexpected repair/replacement as smooth and easy as possible!"

"You need to hire A Advanced Septic if you need work done! So these are the specifics: 12" Riser and lid installed, 24" Riser and lid installed, tank repealed which included digging down and around the septic tank, exposing the tank below line penetrations, per and clean tank surface, sealed inlet and outlet penetration into tank, applied Jet-set to tank bottom and seam, remove and re-seal riser assemblies, wrap exterior and top of tank with moist barrier, and then back-filled the whole area. And this is the rest of the story: My husband just died in December 2020. Of course everything went wrong after that. We had heavy rains and my sump pump overflowed into the basement - our living area. It seems that the previous owner did NOT direct the drain for the sump pump into the septic tank - and we still have to find out where it drains to. But anyway, the floor flooded (laminate flooring), all the rugs were damaged, the walls soaked up water, and all of that has to be fixed. While the plumber was working on the sump pump he looked at the septic tank and found that it needed resealing - because the previous owner did a do-it-yourself- fix with a cheap septic pump and illegal modifications. The septic tank had to be pumped PLUS the septic pump had to be replaced - to the tune of $3,000.00. But because the tank had to be resealed so it wouldn't happen again, they could not guarantee the pump if there were more heavy rains before the re-sealing was done. Bob Larson Plumbing, LLC called A Advanced Septic to help me and they sent Travis out to look at the situation and write up an estimate; the following week they were here fixing everything. They can't fix my basement floor or walls or correct where to drain the sump pump, but it is such a relief to know that the septic tank is not going to fail the next time it rains! The technicians were knowledgeable, timely, efficient and friendly. I am so grateful for the work they did, especially at a very high stress time for me having just lost my husband and then the flood in the house and then the septic tank pump not working."

"I had called out 4 different companies to come and give us an estimate. West Coast Plumbing was the 4th and final one to come out. I had kinda resigned to the fact that we were just going to some how borrow the money to get the water main fixed. The City of course says it needs to be done within 30 days of some kind of leak being noticed by us the homeowner. Our water bill jumped up by $600.00 Long story short, John from West Coast Plumbing came out to take a look. John not only thoroughly took a look at what we already dug out , but told us he can't say for sure until he can get a better look. John said the first thing that needed to be done was have 811 out and to mark all the lines so nothing gets accidentally hit while the digging is going on. He said he would proceed to write me up a estimate that covered the minimal to the worse case scenario. It was very detailed and answered all of my questions. I decided to go with West Coast Plumbing. Not only was John very knowledgeable, but professional and friendly. He was also the only one that said 811 needed to be out before anything could be done. It was better to be safe than sorry. John called 811 and they were all here and done the same day. I was not charged for the trip out by John, it was a free estimate. I was told by another company it was a free estimate and then charged $150.00. I just can't say enough about John and West Coast Plumbing. Michelle who initially set the appointment up was also very helpful and very nice. We also got a Military discount. Thank you for making this experience less stressful. "I am a remote landlord (property is in WA, I am in FL) and I had a septic system fail due to float issues in the 3rd tank. Sewage was backing up into lower floor (daylight basement) shower. NASTY!! I could not reach prior septic tech from a different company, and decided to go with Sam Skinner. I made the mistake of having a tenant manually turn on the pump in the 3rd tank, and he was supposed to turn it off after 30 minutes, but he got distracted and let it run all night. It pumped itself dry and burned out. Sam diagnosed my entire septic system as part of the service call, as I requested, and notified me of additional things I should plan for, e.g., ready to be pumped, and drain field pipes have some partial blockage, that should be cleaned out in the foreseeable future, and he supplied probe camera pictures showing the blockage. Sam identified the floats issue, fixed them, rerouting cords to not get hung up again, and tying them down properly. He also verified the pump had failed, and 3rd tank electrical box was having infiltration issues, so I had him replace both the pump and the box. Sam completed the work, sent me (remote landlord) pictures of the new pump and other items he had acquired to install. He completed the work same-day and I had a functioning septic system. He also improved the situation in the first two tanks during his diagnosis/inspection process. Sam was prompt, responsive, pleasant to work with, and highly knowledgeable about septic tanks and systems in general, and my setup in particular. I know more than I care to about septic systems, and Sam knew exactly how my setup worked and what was needed, and didn't try to BS me or talk down to me. He calibrated his communication quickly to my level of knowledge, just right. Sam was also prompt in getting out to the work site, and timely and clear in all his communication. I plan to use Sam for all my future septic system work at this property, aside from pumping the tank, which he doesn't do, but he was able to give me tips and contractor recommendations for the pumping. The cost was within reason; when is a septic repair like this ever "cheap"? I am satisfied that Sam provided good value for my money and he definitely solved my septic problem, and my tenants are happy there is no more poopy sewage backing up into the bottom floor shower stall. I give Sam Skinner Construction my highest recommendation for Septic System work and problem solving in Western Washington, aside from tank pumping, which of course he doesn't do."
