"They were very professional and courteous, very competitive on their prices as well."

"remarkably responsive, knowledgeable and informative. Inquired late in the day, called within minutes, came the next morning and installed new water tank by noon."

"John replaced our rental septic tank. The project was completed in 1 day & the site was left raked & seeded as promised. We highly recommend his work."

"They were very fast to respond to my call and were able to send someone within two hours. The replacement of the hot water heater went well. For the water pipes they use copper crimp fittings instead of soldering so it will be interesting to see how that holds up over the years. My only concern is how they ran the gas line. They use Gastite CSST which is fine, but the CSST is run so it goes downward then back up and then downward again before it enters black pipe that has a moisture trap. It seems to me that if there is any moisture it will end up in the CSST instead of the trap. In addition, there is a pretty good bend in the CSST right before it goes into the trap section. Also, Teflon tape was used on the all the joints instead of joint compound. I think I will get someone from a different company to come in and take a look at it."

"Tom did a great job fixing my water pressure issue. He back flushed our softener and holding tank, and re-pressurized the tank; all at an affordable price. He was just what we needed and I highly recommend him to anyone with water issues."

"arrived on time, great price , felt well taken cared of overall excellent service"

"The two men arrived on time, were courteous and expedient. They replaced my faucet and showed/explained what they had done before leaving. Shortly thereafter, I am experiencing a leak in my basement which may/may not be related to the project. If it continues, I will call them out to investigate the issue."

"We had a little issue - did not ask a lot of questions or do a visual inspection before snaking our shower drain - turns out we should not have done that due to this drum trap we had. Long story short ending up breaking a pipe - but it was all so old we needed to get it replaced anyway. I had to fight for what I thought was right, but at the end of the day they took care of the price and the situation. Overall this company is probably too expensive for their quality of services, but they were very kind and worked hard to fix this situation."

"TPK LLC did an amazing job unclogging my kitchen drain. They were professional, quick, and got everything flowing perfectly again. Great communication, fair pricing, and excellent service. Highly recommend!"

"Fast response very knowledgeable plumber and efficient work. Will call again !"
