"Tom arrived within an hour of my early morning "no water" emergency. He immediately assessed the job and began the repair. All of the parts needed were on his truck. He explained everything that he was doing as he inspected and repaired/replaced each item. The old tank and any garbage were removed from my property, and the work area cleaned up within three hours of his arrival. I had potable hot water for my family that same morning. "They were very fast to respond to my call and were able to send someone within two hours. The replacement of the hot water heater went well. For the water pipes they use copper crimp fittings instead of soldering so it will be interesting to see how that holds up over the years. My only concern is how they ran the gas line. They use Gastite CSST which is fine, but the CSST is run so it goes downward then back up and then downward again before it enters black pipe that has a moisture trap. It seems to me that if there is any moisture it will end up in the CSST instead of the trap. In addition, there is a pretty good bend in the CSST right before it goes into the trap section. Also, Teflon tape was used on the all the joints instead of joint compound. I think I will get someone from a different company to come in and take a look at it."

"The two men arrived on time, were courteous and expedient. They replaced my faucet and showed/explained what they had done before leaving. Shortly thereafter, I am experiencing a leak in my basement which may/may not be related to the project. If it continues, I will call them out to investigate the issue."

"We had a little issue - did not ask a lot of questions or do a visual inspection before snaking our shower drain - turns out we should not have done that due to this drum trap we had. Long story short ending up breaking a pipe - but it was all so old we needed to get it replaced anyway. I had to fight for what I thought was right, but at the end of the day they took care of the price and the situation. Overall this company is probably too expensive for their quality of services, but they were very kind and worked hard to fix this situation."
