"My well pressure tank had been leaking off and on for awhile. Kept a small bucket under the leak. When it was time for a larger bucket I used HA. Don called almost immediately and came by the following morning and had the tank and related plumbing done in no time at all. They even tested my well pump while they were there. "They were very fast to respond to my call and were able to send someone within two hours. The replacement of the hot water heater went well. For the water pipes they use copper crimp fittings instead of soldering so it will be interesting to see how that holds up over the years. My only concern is how they ran the gas line. They use Gastite CSST which is fine, but the CSST is run so it goes downward then back up and then downward again before it enters black pipe that has a moisture trap. It seems to me that if there is any moisture it will end up in the CSST instead of the trap. In addition, there is a pretty good bend in the CSST right before it goes into the trap section. Also, Teflon tape was used on the all the joints instead of joint compound. I think I will get someone from a different company to come in and take a look at it."

"I've known Bob Walter, our plumber ever since we bought our summer home in the Pocono mountains, PA, 15 years ago.  We keep using him, because he has always been reliable and efficiently corrects whatever problem we have. Normally, we ask him to help when we close up our Pocono home at the end of December and he evacuates the water from all pipes so we can turn off the heat without experiencing water freezing problems (This past year, neighbors tell us the temperature stayed in single digits for almost two weeks straight)  In the summer, when we escape Florida's heat, he comes over to reconnect the fittings and makes sure everything works right. 
Through the years, he has performed many small repairs as well, as today, when he diagnosed a problem with our garage hose bib, and replaced a broken shutoff valve.

"On a Saturday afternoon I noticed my water heater leaking. I realized it wasn't going to last much longer. I sent out a message to Angi's list and within minutes had a response from Brian. I sent him pictures and just as I thought I needed a new one. He gave me a price with a new heater and installation. He told me that I could go buy one and he would install it to save some money. I estimated what it would cost if I bought it from a home improvement store, paid for delivery and the installation and decided to have Brian do what he does best at a fair price. He even threw in a military discount for me. He was at my home within three hours, drained and removed the old one and installed the new one. Outstanding service, they even cleaned up the mess from the leak of the old one. Very courteous, thorough and overall such a nice young man."

"Our septic alarm went off on a Tuesday last week so we called GGS and Mary-Lynn was great! She let us know that the first available appt was for Friday but to call back immediately if the alarm went off again. When Miguel arrived on Friday, the 11th, he thoroughly inspected the outside issue before explaining what work needed to be done and the associated costs. Both septic tanks were dug up and cleaned out. He later suggested that we have the tank lids replaced to above-ground covers so as to avoid a digging charge in the future. Unfortunately, he did not have those with him but he called the main office to have someone else finish that part of the job. The other workers (Ron and Johnny) came back on Monday, the 14th, to finish the above-ground covers. The work was done while no one was at home, but I came back to a great job. Have already recommended them to someone else.
