He then was very professional and explained everything to me so that I could understand what was going on. I learned it was a family business for over 30 years and Bill is also an environmental engineer which made me feel even more comfortable. We met and he doesn't charge a estimate fee which Is wonderful, I have spent so much money on fees for others to come out, I don't end up even going with that company. "I am a 3rd time returning customer. After doing a stellar job on a whole house softener and drinking water system, I hired them again to replace my aging water heater. Rob did an excellent job replacing the exhaust sheet metal and putting in the new water heater. I wish they expanded their business to include other plumbing jobs and HVAC, but they are pretty restricted to what they currently provide."

I got other quotes for the work and Aquifer beat them on price and took the time to explain exactly how he came to his prices and the different components he suggests and why. He stopped by to take a look and ensure he had all of the fittings and such he needed before the day of the job.
