"First call was on 4/26/18. Office staff asked if I wanted estimator to come first; I declined as a leak needs to get fixed regardless of cost. Plumber was super polite, knowledgeable, well-groomed and efficient. I used a different plumbing company a few weeks later for a water heater problem and regretted not simply calling Rayne. When the water heater developed another problem I called Rayne. The plumber Rayne sent for that reeked of cigarettes but otherwise got the job done."
