So I was scared that we would not get someone who would check to see what the problem was first. Mr Jessie came by and told me that it was a blockage with in 8 foot of the septic, and he would be back in the morning with his helper. They were back first thing Saturday morning and had it unblocked and covered up within 2 hours, and yes it was within 8 foot of the septic.
