"This was the third plumbing I got to clean a clogged line from my spare bath. The first was not a licensed plumber, trying to save a little money and could not clear. Went and rented an auger to try and clear myself without any luck. Contacted my home warranty service and sent a plumber and he couldn't clear the drainage. He recommended I contact a company to have my line hydra jet. I had setup with a national company however I cancelled. During this time I had posted on Home Advisor since I had luck with them on a different issue. I was called by the owner however since I had contacted my home warranty company I told him I'd let him know. I called Infinity and they immediately came out. John Tisdale (the owner) reassured me that he would get it working before he left and he did. He went over things with me and the cost was reasonable. I will use him from now on. I also will always use Home Advisor from now on as well."

"After arriving a bit late (though they were very good about keeping me updated regarding the delay), Tony was great about trying to help us identify the source of a leak causing a significant muddy area in the yard. When I was skeptical regarding his guess about the source, he and his assistant dug up the yard a bit to confirm the source was not underground. (Tony was right all along--it wasn't.) He also looked at our water heater (which they do routinely, apparently) and saw that our expansion tank was not functioning. He explained why this mattered, why it likely wasn't working (age), and replaced it."
