"Clay came out and diagnosed the problem and finally figured out that the pressure for the air bladder inside the storage tank was incorrect and was causing the fail safe on the pressure switch to malfunction. He fixed the pressure in the air bladder and then taught me how to turn the pressure switch back on in case this happened again during the weekend. Overall Clay was extremely professional and even explained everything several times so that I would understand what he was doing and what the problem was. I would definitely call them again!"

Anthony was always pleasant, but we experienced difficulties contacting him, getting responses for information requests and pinning a date down for the project. He was extremely busy, and seemed to be a victim of his own popularity. as he was overwhelmed with work and catching up from weather delays. Our flexibility with scheduling worked against us as our project was pushed further and further off. Installation of the drain field and septic system was completed in a single day. They did a good job with the drain field and the septic installation, but managed during the process to hit our foundation and damage several trees with the front loader. We are satisfied with the quality of the septic system, just not satisfied with the process we had to go through to reach the end result."
