"their proposal set them apart. most quotes were simply written replace water main, theirs was very detailed. they explained what they would do, how they would do it, the time it would take and what i should expect upon completion. their price was the highest but they did it trenchless so there was very minimal yard disterbed. the hole at the meter was much smaller than i expected and they removed turf before digging and compacted after and placed the turf back. well worth the higher price. the people i had contact with were very professional and nice to deal with.

"Being ignored by a different service provider turned out very well for us. I got tired of waiting and called Mike Cole. I described the scope of work in a nutshell and made arrangements with Mike to walk the job with me so he could provide a quote. Mike called when he was on his way, he showed up when he said he would and went over the property with me top to bottom. He gave me a quote on the job and said that the work could be started at 8 a.m. the next morning (a Saturday) if we liked. Yes, we liked !! Jeff and Chris arrived promptly at 8 a.m. the next morning. After looking over the details, the technicians went to work. These guys do not mess around - they brought their tools and their "A"game!! We moved into our new home a few months ago and I'd been chomping at the bit to eradicate all the tacky brass fixtures that been inflicted on this house (a model home, no less.) This was a big day on the project calendar !! It was apparently considered acceptable at some point in time to suspend a 42" white/brass ceiling fan on a 4' down pole from the great room ceiling. I was more annoyed at the idea of such laziness than I was at the complete uselessness of a ceiling fan twelve feet off the floor! By early afternoon, the attic was well-lit and 'exhausted', all the tacky fixtures were gone, the new fixtures were in and I got to see how professionals install a 60" ceiling fan on a 6' down rod from a 17' ceiling. Any mess that appeared was cleaned up. Product boxes were put back together and all placed in one area ready to go to the recycling center. Everything is up and secure, works like it is supposed to and looks amazing. We now have the team that will be handling all our future electrical work and be the one we recommend to our associates. I'm hard to impress and Cole Electric really delivered!!"

"Rick is a warm, cordial guy who appears extremely knowledgeable about his work. After he fixed our water main problem, we hired him to add a new line & turn-off valve to our refrigerator (for the ice & water dispenser in the front of the fridge). We have better pressure coming out of our water dispenser than we did when the fridge was new and our ice maker is making ice so quickly, we actuallly have to turn if off periodically because it fills up so quickly!. We told Rick we would recommend him "in a heartbeat" to anyone!! I also told him I was glad we now had a top notch plumber we could call on for ALL our plumbing needs!"
