Dave came, gave me a clear understanding of what he would do, and just as importantly, how he would do it. He laid out the plan for protecting my trees and not damaging my fencing. On â  project dayâ  Dave arrived on time with a great team and executed his plan exactly as he described. By the time they left you couldnâ  t tell they had dug out a hole 20 x 8 x 12. Amazing job. I got got quotes from 4 companies in the area and NMP's cost for parts and labor fell right in the middle. Tim, the owner came, tested the water and took time to explain the particular system he thought would work well for my scenario. Evolve softeners which they install are made by Water-right, a family owned operation in Wisconsin. Although the Evolve series has been around only since the last 10 years, Water-right has been in business for a very long time. On the day of the install Robert arrived on time and did the necessary changes to the existing plumbing to accommodate the softener. His work was professional and through. When he was done, he walked me through the system, cleaned up the area before he left. If you are like me on the fence wondering if you are making a mistake not going with Culligan (who is the established player in the area), I would recommend you do your own independent research into Water-right and Evolve. Any product is only as good as the company claims, if its installed well. The 200+ A reviews on Angies for NMP says a lot about NMP's professionalism and is testament to a great system they are putting in."

"Really well. When I called for the appointment the woman who answered the phone was pleasant and helpful and got me an appointment the next day. One of the pipes installed during renovation less than a year ago was too short. Graham and Calvin repaired that and snaked out the pipes removing a clog from years ago in the older pipes. They left everything as clean as when they began. They were on time, courteous, and knowledgeable. They emailed me their pictures when they were on their way so that I would know who they were when they arrived. If I need help with a plumbing problem again, I will definitely call on them again."
