Could have been bad timing but Todd looked at the job to quote it and didn't get back to me.  I wasn't in the loop.  Contacted four more times and got him to wrap up the job. 
Then after all of the work, the toilet didn't work.  Ultimately Todd's feedback was for me to get a plunger and go out and fix it.
Then I had problems getting them to adjust for the coupon.   
In the end the work was good, but clearly not a focused and top notch contractor."
