Romero (The owner of Quality Pump Service) returned our phone call over the holiday weekend within a hour. They are a family run business. He was willing to come to our home and install a temporary pump on Sunday as a new pump would not be available for two days (Remember it is the July 4th Holiday weekend). In short, we were completely repaired in two days with a new pump and new pressure tank. We checked on-line retailers to see if Romero had overcharged us for the new components. He was within 5% of the average retail price which would have been our cost if we had fixed the system ourselves. His team was fast, pleasant and professional and given the holiday emergency response very fairly priced. We feel we can highly recommend Quality Pump Services."

"Ultimately happy with the end result and fair price for our 30ft sewer lateral replacement. Miguel was professional, friendly, and hardworking. However, communication was a bit spotty and we had follow up many times (I understand this is the busy season, though). Also, it was unclear if we were supposed to call 811; we assumed he would, but didn't, and this was an issue as the water line was hit during construction and the city had to come to shut it off on the whole street. It was handled quickly, but would have been avoidable. The project ended up taking much more time than expected, but it was completed in a day, as promised. I would recommend him, but you should be diligent and responsible yourself to make sure all the right steps are being taken."
