"Our landscape design and construction studio, Twistleaf, contacted Texan Water in spring 2023 to assess the condition of an existing well at a clients property in Fredericksburg, in preparation for a large-scale landscape renovation project. Their technician was the consummate professional. Extremely responsive and knowledgeable, he took the time to answer all of our questions in person, then always followed-up with reporting and work orders as promised. After the initial assessment and with the passage of time, it was clear that additional work needed to be done on the well, which Texan Water executed in a timely and reliable manner, in concert with other trades working on site. We were impressed with the professionalism of their entire staff, as well as how quickly they were able to fit us into their schedule each time we needed them. Texan Water really earned our trust and continues to maintain the well. We will definitely work with them in the future for water well drilling or repair."

"I'm very pleased with 24/7 Septic Solution work on my septic tank. They were thorough, professional and cleaned up well when finished. This month also was discount month and I'm glad I took it. I recommend them to anyone that needs their septic tank cleaned. Great job well done."

"Our septic system began backing up, so I found All in One Septic. Within five minutes, I received a call, and they assured me they could come pump out our septic tank that evening. Anthony showed up 30 minutes later and immediately got our tank back in shape. All in One will be my go to for any septic issues going forward!"

"I received another quote from another company (Superior Sep.) that was close to $500 vs. $390 and the other company would ALSO add an extra charge to find/dig up the clean out access cover. No hidden fees or surprises with Austin Rooter! Have already recommended their septic pumping service to my daughter who recently bought a house with a septic system. Highly recommend for both the outstanding service and VALUE which I would give 6 Stars (A+) if they had it!"

"Works very well with prices."

"The techs were professional knowledgeable and discussed and answered if there were any issues with the septic system."

"Ricky, Jr. was great. He was very personable, professional and friendly. He did an efficient job of pumping my septic tank and explained what they were doing every step of the way. They charged less than others Id contacted and were very responsive. I do recommend this company."

"It went beautifully. Not only were the plumbers courteous and knowledgeable, the work was excellent. Their attention to detail was amazing! I would highly recommend them."

"Gilberto was extremely responsive, day or night, and very transparent about pricing. Helpful, helped us learn more about our septic situation, and his team was able to quickly install some pieces we needed. Will absolutely go to them again for any other septic needs that arise."

"Fernando has been my go to guy for all Septic tank inspections and other plumbing issues. As a realtor I need someone dependable who will get done right the first time. Fernando always gets it right the first time."
