One man came out to perform service and he was neat and cleaned up after himself. He didn't consult with us on the pipe that he used to fix the leak and ended up using PVC when we have copper pipes. He did do quality work though and it was well done.We would use them again if we could confirm the price ahead of time before the work was scheduled to be completed."
