"I was having problems with the toilet not flushing right and found out the tank was not pumped in 10 years. Called Barbosa and had it pumped and the lines cleaned out. Mike discussed some of the problems I might have and we decided to replace the old (cast iron ) lines as there was most likely a break in the line some where. he returned 2 days later ( right after New Year ) with a back hoe and dug up and replaced the old lines with PVC. there were a few obstacles with the job but he was Very professional and knew exactly what to do. He kept me informed the whole way threw the process. by afternoon the job was completed and working great. he even fixed another smaller line that was a problem. the price he quoted was what he charged even with the extra work. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Barbosa to anyone needing work. Thanks again the Barbosa for a job well done !!!!"

"My well pressure tank had been leaking off and on for awhile. Kept a small bucket under the leak. When it was time for a larger bucket I used HA. Don called almost immediately and came by the following morning and had the tank and related plumbing done in no time at all. They even tested my well pump while they were there. Absolute professionals. Courteous and efficient."

And they could make it out right away. They arrived within the window and I was called 15-20 minutes before arrival with plumber s name. He arrived wearing a mask which is a good sign for Coronavirus Quarantine but urgent plumbing situation. And lastly he didn t try to fake a job when the solution was rather simple nor make fun of me when it was really ridiculously simple. If I d only looked at the pipes. Ha ha. I don t know about significant quality of work and not sure how much I m paying yet. They gave a quote for a service fee and their hourly rate which seems fair. I m just not sure if my mistake will mean both charges."

"From the second I called Zoom Drain they were the most professional, prompt and thorough company. We had our main line sewer break, they were out first thing in the morning for a quote. The following day we called them back (they gave us the BEST quote by far) to have them come do the work and though they had a busy schedule they fit us in the very next morning! The job ended up being quite more extensive than originally thought however they worked EXTREMELY hard for 2 solid days to fix our problem. They left our home well after dark in the bitter cold better than they found it by far. I could not recommend them higher! Start to finish if we ever had another plumbing issue I would call no one else. They made an extremely stressful situation into something manageable. Thank You Zoom Drain!!!!"

"Replaced a tank water heater, the door was too narrow so first pitched removing framing with no guarantee that it’d be replaced correctly. I suggested using a smaller sized unit based on a quote from another plumber which is the route we went. They also covered the overage for the additional cost of the smaller sized unit which was nice but if I wasn’t aware of the option I’m not sure what I would have done. They also only sent one person initially so I helped bring the old unit down and the new one up in between trying to work. Also the breaker to the hot water heater was never flipped back so I’m waiting to see how the unit performs now."
