Get matched with top septic tank and well pros in South Hill, WA

"I want to start by saying, I don't review a lot of companies. But seeing how the reviews are what led me to going with Earthworks solutions and the stress free install they did for me, I want to say, that if you are looking for a septic install of any kind, you don't need to look any further. Pavel, Ed, Dennis and their crew were on point. My septic replacement went as well as I could expect. Pavel was my initial contact. I made him aware that out of all the bids I had, I was going with them. Earthworks Solutions was my most expensive bid. But after doing research through reviews like these, I believe it was one of those, "pay for what you get" type deals. And I believe I chose well. The cost was very high for this project. But if we were going to pay this kind of money, I definitely wanted the best team there was. I researched as much as I could. I met with multiple septic companies. One of the biggest factors for us was making sure we could move into our first home on time. Pavel assured me, that once the permits were good to go, it would not take Earthworks Solutions very much time and that we would indeed be able to move in on time. Permits getting recorded (new to me) felt like multiple hoops to jump through but it was helpful to be able to reach out to Pavel to see where we were at. Ed was my next contact to get started. They brought out their excavator and went to work. I worked with Dennis to finish up the project. These guys were awesome! I asked them all kinds of questions about the septic but also my property and what I could do to make it even better. They were kind and listened which I think is rare. But they were also knowledgeable and gave me good advice. The contracted price on their first bid was the contracted price I paid plus tax. And they went above and beyond by making sure I had the best tanks I could get. They also took extra time to move the remaining dirt pile to where I wanted it. I can't speak for other septic companies. But I can say that I don't need another septic company for as long as I live in this area. Our sincere Thanks go out to Pavel, Ed, Dennis, and Earthworks Solutions. Choose these guys. You will not regret it. -Andy & Erin-"

"Great! Doug was helpful, friendly and easy to work with. Will use them again for all of my septic needs."

"When I was having issues with septic tank not draining properly from one tank to another I had called around to seek help on the issue. The information I received from other sources ranged widely from simply jetting the P trap (which I did twice to no avail) to major system replacement. Luis, owner of Alpha Bravo Septic came out and explained the likely source as a damaged or misaligned pipe to the UV light. The price was great and he had my problem solved in one day. Not only does he know his business, he’s friendly, helpful and totally willing to educate me on my septic system. I will be calling Luis for ALL my septic issues. Pumping, O&M, routine maintenance."

"They answered the request for a quote immediately. Cory knew about the King County rebate program and told me about it. He walked me through the process and told me how much it would cost. Then he submitted the paperwork to register the septic inspection with the county. The job was completed to my satisfaction."

I highly recommend the services of Chris’s Plumbing Inc., to anyone."

"Initially, I thought I had a leak which I was concerned about and I also wanted the bathroom faucet replaced. Well, L.J. (John) searched for a leak but couldn't find one which was a relief, he then turned to replacing the faucet. He was very personable and answered my questions with the calm assurance of a professional. He made me feel confident that I had called the right company and I will certainly use West Coast for any future plumbing needs. Thank you for a job well done."
