"Professional and courteous. They showed up on time. Job was done quick. The only issue was they couldn't reach the roof to push down the storm collar, so that water wouldn't leak into the attic(The new heater was taller than the old one, the roof incline was is steep).  Would have been great if they could've temporarily stopped the gap from inside the attic, until the roofers could fix it from outside. Other than that everything was ok.
