"We are the 2nd owners of residence and did not know where septic tank was. He quickly located it and had the two cement caps off quickly. Checked for any damage as tank installed in 1990. Pumped out the septic did inspection and after cleaning septic , neatly covered the area after we marked it. He then doubled checked to see if we had a second tank on property . Courteous professional and answered all my questions completely. Would recommend him over the big pricey companies that did not want to even come out if I did not know where my tank was That one bad review is strange as I am a woman and the company is insured for damages Nothing but fantastic service 5 stars

"I would give a higher rating if possible, my wife and I had our septic tank overflow and backup. Lucas came to our rescue immediately and found our septic lid was cracked, and the drain field was bad, he had the lid repaired same day and installed a clean out. That same weekend he came back and dug up our drainage field and installed a new one. The sense of urgency and understanding he had for us was unmatched. He didn’t even charge us extra for the emergency. Truly a great service!"

We reached out via a third party quote service and they immediately called us. "I contacted Legend Plumbing based on their high rating from Angie's List Subscribers. I called them on Wednesday to schedule service and they were able to schedule my appointment for the next day. Bruce showed up on time and pumped the septic tank as requested. I thought the price was a little high compared to my last pump out, but that was 5-6 years ago. Perhaps the increase was appropriate given the price of diesel to run the truck and general inflation. I would definitely recommend Legend Plumbing and Will definitely use them again."
