Get matched with top septic tank and well pros in Wayne, PA

"They were very fast to respond to my call and were able to send someone within two hours. The replacement of the hot water heater went well. For the water pipes they use copper crimp fittings instead of soldering so it will be interesting to see how that holds up over the years. My only concern is how they ran the gas line. They use Gastite CSST which is fine, but the CSST is run so it goes downward then back up and then downward again before it enters black pipe that has a moisture trap. It seems to me that if there is any moisture it will end up in the CSST instead of the trap. In addition, there is a pretty good bend in the CSST right before it goes into the trap section. Also, Teflon tape was used on the all the joints instead of joint compound. I think I will get someone from a different company to come in and take a look at it."

"Very professional and punctual. Explained clearly issues, options and coverages on purchased water heater tank."

"The workmanship was very professional and cleaned up afterwards. Wouldn't even know they were here. Billy did an excellent job with the removal and instillation of a new hot water heater. Brought the instillation up to code by adding a drip pan and expansion tank. I have them coming back to replace valves for washing machine and installing shutoff valves."

"Quality of repairs were very good. Price was very high. Their policy of charging a rather large amount in order to provide an estimate and a "membership" did not sit well."

"Once again top notch work! Dan and Evan fully explained every step of my Well pump replacement including what to expect in the coming days. I couldnâ t be more pleased. Well done!"

"Well done. Quick and professional."

"I had another company design my septic system replacement, but Paul re-designed it to avoid having to remove a 50+ ft tall tree and added a drainage system for the water from the gutters. The old no-longer-up-to-code 2-cesspool septic system was replaced by a drainfield and Ecoflow septic tank. The work was done on the days I was told workers would be here (unlike the company that drew up the first set of specs), and Paul and Jon were always friendly and great to work with."

"High estimate needed to be adjusted. The work was done well."

"The team was very friendly, informative and helped me understand how my septic tank works and how to take care of it I highly recommend this company. Thanks for helping us!"

"They did a great job, cleaned out clogged pipe but later it was again not working they came back and were here till 830PM and made sure all was working and only charged us for first visit. We need to get our old cast iron pipes replaced and we hired them to do the job. The price quoted seemed reasonable and fair. If you need a plumber I highly recommend this company"
