"This is at least the second time that we have used Barbosa. When Steve showed up on time I recognized him from the first time. Just as before, he was kind and polite. He looked over the situation and started doing his job. (We have a unique situation since our original home is over 100 years old. Part of what needs pumped is near our goat pen, so there was straw mixed in with the "regular" household waste.) He did the best that he could to get out the "regular stuff" and allowed me to spray some water to try to loosen more up. He was pleasant and helpful during all of this time. He even put the doors back down for me and closed up the shed. Also, I need to recognize the office staff too. I had called another service and was playing phone tag with them for three days. After no return call on the fourth day, I looked for another company and tried Barbosa. She answered promptly, found our records from 3 years ago, and got us scheduled within two business days! She reviewed the payment amount, ways to pay and told us the service man's name who would be out. All the time with a cheerful tone in her voice. I have put their number in my phone for Septic and they will be who we call from now on!"

I was convinced it was the buffer storage tank diaphragm leaking, I told him that on the phone and that it's 30-Gal, he told me straight up that job is $950. His guy was here at 8:15am today, we discussed the problem, he tested a few things and looked around, and started to suspect it was in the well not the tank. He called for a 2nd tech to come and bring a few more parts and pulled the well pipe up (it's only 25' deep). There was a hole in the pipe and maybe(?) the check valve at the bottom was not in the best condition. They explained to me all along what they were doing, why they were doing it, what it would cost, and insisted that neither them nor their boss has any interest in replacing working equipment just to run up a bigger bill. They were polite, friendly, tolerated all my questions, worked in the pouring rain, tested everything including the buffer tank to be sure it was not the problem, only fixed what was really needed, charged me much less than the original estimated price, cleaned everything up when they were done, and were back on the road by 11:15am. I am thrilled with the treatment I received from Werner, and will call them again in the future in a heartbeat. great experience."
