I mean, I had a very bad leak on the system, and so they needed to To replace the entire water line from the shutoff. at the city all the way to the house and they were they they had to cut a trench to bury it and they were here there was three guys and they were here about Maybe two and a half, 3 h working, and they got it all done. So, I mean, as far as I'm concerned, the war's back on. Everything's working. I can't complain. And they did it for the price that they did, because they, you know, they did, there was no price change or anything like that. So they did exactly what they estimated to be."

"We had hired Master Rooter to inspect the general health of our septic tank and they discovered that the piping was severely damaged which led to sewage accumulating to the top of the tank. The repair engineer Steve was extremely knowledgeable and explained the issue using diagrams and detailed the repairs that would be needed. He and his assistant performed the repairs right away due to the urgency of the situation and it was completed within 2-3 hours. He also provided advice on how to take care of septic tank in the future and provided a discount to make the repairs affordable. The only reason work quality is 4/5 stars is because we just had the repairs done and we'd like to see how the tank performs over the next couple of years. But overall, a job really well done, with excellent customer service."
