Interesting but in all the years of using contractor 'B' they never cleaned out the complete tank. This company was able to 'save' two of my son's toy cars that he flushed when he was a little guy. My son was just disappointed the toy fire truck was taken away. ;-( Will def use them to service my other rental units."

"We had hired Master Rooter to inspect the general health of our septic tank and they discovered that the piping was severely damaged which led to sewage accumulating to the top of the tank. The repair engineer Steve was extremely knowledgeable and explained the issue using diagrams and detailed the repairs that would be needed. He and his assistant performed the repairs right away due to the urgency of the situation and it was completed within 2-3 hours. He also provided advice on how to take care of septic tank in the future and provided a discount to make the repairs affordable. The only reason work quality is 4/5 stars is because we just had the repairs done and we'd like to see how the tank performs over the next couple of years. But overall, a job really well done, with excellent customer service."
