From Stefanie and Crystal in the office helping with questions along the way and Cliff being available almost all day, every day during our week of install. I had so much anxiety the week of construction, not knowing what they'd find tearing off siding on a 66 year old house. Cliff was so patient and walked us through every issue that came up. He ensured all of our fears and concerns were addressed and helped us find practical solutions to some placement issues we had with vents, lights and wires on our old house. "Gutters and leaf filter work was great. I casually mentioned that the next project was replacing the deck stairs. Richard said that he was a carpenter before building houses was too much. He said the crew could copy the current design in new materials. Didn't work out that way. We will have to rebuild to make it safer and replace cracked lumber."
