Get matched with top siding pros in Forest Lakes, AZ

"It was such a pleasure to work with both Cody Bolster and Blake Carrow. They were very upbeat, they were very knowledgeable about their products and had amazing suggestions for our siding project."

"We wanted a restucco that would completely change the color and texture of our house, as well as stuccoing over a big piece of wood siding in the front of our house which was beginning to be a problem.  Alvaro showed up for the estimate exactly when he said he would, and got back promply with an estimate.  He noticed an issue on the roof that needed attention, and recommended we get a roofer to address this before he proceed with stucco.  He came over while the roofers were here (on July 4th) to make sure they were doing everything that he needed done correctly.  We were delayed by rain, and a couple of issues popped up, but Alvaro kept us informed, and was a professional in every way.  His crew did a great job, and were as unobtrusive as a they could be.  I would not hesitate to recommend BluSky, and will call Alvaro in the future as needed.

"These guys were fantastic from start to finish. Their communication was over the top. At all times I  knew what was going on and when anything changed that needed to be discussed. I checked with at least 5 other companies and none of them wanted to do the project . This company came right out the day after I called to give an estimate. The project was not easy as it was a mobile home that had three layers of siding. The only change in price was a small increase per window because of the unexpected layers of siding. Everything was completed in a timely manner. I am very impressed with this company and would recommend them to anyone needing a variety of projects done. I believe these guys are capable of doing any construction task. I thankful that this company was available to do this project.

"I want to say thank you to Charles and his crew for doing a outstanding job on the moving. Charles asked me if I had my windows cleaned in the new house and I said no and he said that we could clean the windows if I wanted them done. So I had c2 windows cleaning do the windows as well. The windows looked great. Thank you c2 and Charles"

"Went well. The technician troubleshot the failure and found the damper mechanism had failed. He removed the unit and forced the baffle to the fully open position to give me some cooling to the refrigerator side until the replacement came in. The technician returned with the part, replaced it, and performed a functional test. We were well please with his service."

"Gave an estimate, walked through several times. Workers started one day earlier than planned.  Tim made a mistake in estimated square footage (underestimated by a few squares). I paid the difference in materials and he ate the additional labor costs, so that seemed fair.  Checked work today and there was debris left in the yard; hopefully his guys will come back and haul it away. I'll check again tomorrow and update this report accordingly.

[Updated] I had checked the work too early -- they had not yet finished. The next time I checked, the debris was cleared away entirely and everything looked perfect.

[Updated May 2012] I was shocked to discover a notice for a lien against my property from a different roofing company for failure to pay. After investigating, it turned out that Tim Ehlers misrepresented himself. He posed as an independant roofing contractor, but he was actually acting as a salesman for Jack the Roofer.  Jack's company did the excellent work.  Tim charged me $3000 above what Jack's company was paid to do the work, and was late in giving the money to Jack. What made this worse was that Tim forged my signature on a contract with Jack.  Jack thought I had contracted with him but failed to pay him in a timely fashion.

The work is of excellent quality. Further, the price Jack would have charged for the work was far more equitable than what Tim charged. Knowing what I now know, I would never have gone with Tim.

I can submit proof of the above events upon request."
