"Excellent company. From estimate to finished product, this team was the best experience we have had with contractors in a long time. We had new siding, new gutters, and gutter protection installed. After more than a decade in the industry, we kept seeing the same pattern: owners overpromised, underdelivered, and left both crews and customers scrambling. Too much energy went into marketing and lead generation—and customers quietly paid for it. That frustration is why we started Verified Roofing & Siding.\n\nWe’re built differently. We show up, listen to what you actually need, and inspect the project thoroughly—scope, materials, and measurements—so the quote we give you is accurate, honest, and designed to solve the real problem.\n\nBecause we keep overhead lean and skip the big marketing budget, you don’t subsidize ads in your price. You get fair pricing, careful workmanship, and respectful treatment from start to finish. Our goal is simple: when the job is done, the experience is so positive that you tell family and friends.

"Awesome job by an awesome team. We love Josh and the Prime Home Remod team. Thank you for replacing our old siding with new vinyl siding. We are thrilled."

"I would do business with this company in the future. They had great customer service. I only picked another company for the siding because the price quotes were similar and the other company had sided my garage a number of years ago."

"The installers were fast and for the most part good. However, they did significant damage to my cedar siding, rain gutters, and trim. This appeared mostly due to haste and lack of experience with my type of construction. The entire staff as well as the owner keep saying that 100% satisfaction is their goal and to let them know if I was not. After several calls I was able to get most of the damage repaired to my satisfaction. They did continue to work with me on this."
