"Problems from the get go over paint. They wanted to upcharge for more expensive paint. The painters claimed that the color I chose did not come in Duracraft, only the Superpaint. I called Sherwin Williams and they told me otherwise. Painters were a bit messy. When they were just about finished, they surprised me with a reminder that my price was changing because they had to do two coats. I never saw them do two coats. They told me they did it real quick with the sprayer. I always thought two coats meant first coat dries, then second coat. Apparently not. It was an instant two coats. I did not pay for the second coat after a small argument between the head painter, the manager in the office, and myself. I also was not left with any extra of that paint color, and the painters were very half fast from that point on. They wouldn't even do one little spot of trim for me that didn't look right. Told me it would be extra. They left large paint scrapings from my deck all over the yard. Also, the expected language barrier didn't help either. Their is also a special on their website that states you get a free pressure wash of the driveway with a complete exterior paint. That never happened, my driveway was too big for them."

"Went well. The technician troubleshot the failure and found the damper mechanism had failed. He removed the unit and forced the baffle to the fully open position to give me some cooling to the refrigerator side until the replacement came in. The technician returned with the part, replaced it, and performed a functional test. We were well please with his service."

"Backyard custom construction LLC. Is awesome. Not only did they kill everyone's prices around Atlanta to build the same building but they are extremely efficient. Everyone else I contacted gave me quotes for over $4000.00 dollars. Dustin quoted me over the phone by text and on a live call $2930.00 and then I added 2 stairs to the building which only cost an additional $50.00. I'm completely amazed at how fast these guys were. "I had the fireplace doctors come out to see if my chimney had cracks in it because my roof was leaking.  They told me that the chimney looked fine but my old cap may be the cause.  They would have charged me 75 dollars just to come out and tell me the chimney looked fine or I could put that money toward the new $500 chimney cap.  I agreed to the new chimney cap, he took measurements and put my order in.  A couple of weeks later he came to put the cap on but it was too small and decided to hammer it in place which bent up the cap on one corner.  A couple of months later I noticed that the caulking had come undone around the flue and was dripping water which traveled down my rafter to the attic.  In their defense, it was a very hot summer so maybe the caulk melted...but still.  I called them and said I wanted the cap replaced.  They came out and took measurements again and had to fabricate the new cap which takes a couple of weeks.  After not hearing from them for about a month I had to call and inquire of the whereabouts of my cap.  Its really not easy getting a hold of them sometimes.  They have a call center in Florida so I guess its not necessarily the owners fault.  Anyway, after a couple days of back and forth they set up an appointment to come install the cap.  This time it was a little too big but that's ok.  A couple of weeks ago we had really strong winds in our area and I heard a lot of banging coming from the chimney.  I went up a couple of days later and saw that the flue had came loose in the cap and was banging from side to side.  There were only two screws to hold it in place and when it blew too far to one side, it came loose from the screw and then it blew to the other side and came loose from the other screw.  I tried to put the screws in myself but they came out a couple of days later.  So I called again, explained the problem and they set up an appointment to fix it.  I wasn't at home on the day of the appointment because I'm not going to take off 3 or 5 hours of work so they can do a 10 minute job.  I called the next day to see if they came out and the man on the phone said they did.  That evening I went on the roof to see if it was fixed and it was not.  I called again and played phone tag again for a couple of days and now they are supposed to come out tomorrow.  At least they try to get around to fixing it, ill give them that, but overall the experience hasn't been good.
