Because of the unusual design of our casement windows, there were some addtional finishing pieces and work needed to give the window interiors a completed, professional look. The salesman had not anticipated this need, but this was no problem. The field supervisor, John Boswell, was 100% responsive to our concerns about the asthetics of the interior of our windows. At no extra charge, he made the extra visits to our home and purchased, stained and installed the additional wood pieces that resulted in truly gorgeous windows that we are completely satisfied with. "I will say the gentleman I dealt with from Cronkhite was very personable and professional. We met twice - once for him to look at the deck and take measurements, and again a week or so later so he could give me the price quote - and he was on time, or close to on time, for both appointments. For me this was strictly an issue with pricing. I wanted a cover over my approximately 10x12 deck. He provided me with a quote of $6,224 for an aluminum cover (this included rain gutters, etc. - it would have been a very nice cover judging from the photo examples he showed me). But 4 years ago a metal roof for my entire house installed by Sundown Exteriors was only $8,955. Granted, I don't have a huge house - two bedroom, one bath, one story - but I just couldn't justify spending almost 70% of the cost of my entire roof for a deck cover. But if you have the money to spend, I'm sure they do very nice work."

"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

If there was something I could critique just a little it would be the clean up at the end. "Bad you did not perform service, because claim adjuster lied to me first email said my out side until cover and I have to pay inside coil which is about $1500 which was fine. After few days she called me said I have pay $3500 and my warranty cover only $1500 which was lie I’m not happy with claim adjuster, I called customer service to find out my air coverage it was fals statement from claim adjuster, I have your warranty at least more then 5 years and I had no problem your customer service is very good I recommend several my friends and family members who has choice home warranty"
