"Innovative Home Improvement is hands down the best contractor I've hired. They are professional, courteous, and hard working. I asked four different contractors to submit quotes for the job and Paul came back with a price at or below the others, but quoted premium insulated vinyl siding where as the others quoted regular siding. Paul's team, Mr. Jung and Alex are tireless workers, even working weekends when weather took the weekdays away. The previous owners had new siding put on as a part of "flipping" the house 5 years ago. However, the contractors they hired did not repair the rotted out, molded, and left holes everywhere. They also failed to add house wrap, which created an even more hazardous living condition for my family. Paul's team used over 70 pieces of plywood to fix the house and never once complained about the extra work. They made sure things were done right for us. 10 stars for Innovative! Thanks for your hard work"

"Max did an absolutely amazing job!  I can't say enough good things about my experience with Fox Creek Builders.
Once the job was done there were a few details that my wife and I were unsure of.  Max really bent over backwards to make us happy.  It's obvious that he really cares about his customers' satisfaction.  All of the details were addressed and more.  The new siding looks beautiful and very professional.  We'll definitely be repeat customers in the future.

"This was a window and siding project. The project ended perfectly. The materials delivered were top notch and the craftmanship was impeccable. Great attention to detail with a mindset of making me happy. Everything went as planned and the communication flowed well. Except for weather delays the work was finished on time. I highly recommend Innovative Home Improvements."

"The team was wonderful to talk with and did an amazing job on my siding! I would absolutely suggest to use them for your siding needs!"

"I hired B&R Siding in 2018, after a strong windstorm had torn away a big piece of siding on one side our our two-story home. After the insurance company determined that the original siding was no longer available, they agreed to cover the full cost of replacing siding for the whole house. After interviewing other well-reviewed companies, I decided to with B&R because, first of all, they were the first to respond to our wind-damage a month or two earlier, very neatly and securely covering the exposed portion. Secondly, they offered a very reasonable price for the installation of high quality siding. Byron and his crew were great, very professional, friendly and responsive. The final result was amazingly, completely transforming the look of our home.. More recently, when a bit of the new siding was accidentally chipped, I called Byron and he arranged for his crew to promptly replace the damaged portion at a very reasonable price. I HIGHLY recommend B&R for any home improvement service."

"Whiting Co did very good work on a complicated siding demolition and installation project plus a window replacement. The Whiting crew showed excellent workmanship and were efficient and good communicators. I would use them again."

"Beautiful work. Great attention to details. Everything was done quickly and efficiently. They even removed a half roof I had the front of my house are refinished it with new siding for not that much extra. Bob gave me excellent customer service and great recommendations for the siding project. And when it come to price I would say it was the best we had out of multiple estimates. Everything was price appropriatly. I would definitely recommend."

"I cannot state how happy I am with the work done by Presidential Exteriors. After not having any luck getting other contractors to do the work I needed done, I became aware of Presidential Exteriors when they completed a siding project at a neighbor’s home. After looking at their reviews online and checking out their website, I contacted them online for a consultation. I was pleasantly surprised to hear from them within 24 hours, and to have a remodeling consultant (Kirill) at my home within a couple of days. Everyone was great to work with, listening to my wants/needs, and helping me with advice on a unique roof drainage issue. The team was also patient with me as I changed my mind a few times. Once the work started, I was even more impressed with them. All of the crews were great to deal with—very polite, courteous, and professional. They kept the workplace clean and kept me informed throughout the project. I try to stay actively involved, and everyone was more than willing to answer my questions and make sure I was happy. The project manager (Ryan) was great to work with and put up with my many questions, as were the people I dealt with at the main office (Tom and Chris). In the end, I was extremely happy with the work done by the crews. I had four doors and three windows replaced (thanks Matt, Eric, Jose, Mike T, Mike, Adam); and siding/trim replaced by Mr. Lee (a true artist in his trade) and Roberto; and various other construction repairs/drywall & painting by Juan and Jorge. I thank each of them and hope that I did not forget anyone. Also, a thank you to Jennifer at the main office who kept things going on the back end. I highly recommend Presidential Exteriors to others—they are a top notch company that genuinely cares about their customers, and have very much deserved the strong ratings they have earned on this site and others. I would definitely use them again if needed."

"Installation of porch soffit and repair of siding was very professionally done. Customer service was excellent. Costs was very reasonable."
