1. Barry was friendly and professional. He took the time to explain the process to me and all of the technical pieces. He also assisted me with comparing the offers made by another competitor with his, and in the end, was willing to beat their price, and offer better quality products.
2. Victor was the project manager and he was awesome. He was friendly, professional and honest. He answered all of my questions. Victor showed up on the site several times to check on progress. When I saw a couple of
areas that needed addressing, he climbed up on the ladder and took care of it. It was clear that my satisfaction was important to him.
3. Great price, and quality products.
4. For the most part, they cleaned the site well. However, after they left, I found a few small pieces of debris. Perhaps having someone to walk the property to look for those smaller pieces would be helpful. I have a small puppy and didn't want him to end up ingesting one of those small pieces. Nevertheless, they did a pretty good job with clean up.
