"We have used Mark twice. We first hired Mark about 18 years ago to do a variety of projects around our town home. Cleaning siding, painting trim, but the main project was rebuilding a deck. That deck is still as good as new. Our most recent project was rebuilding half-moon trim over windows on the outside and the entire wood frame around garage door. Mark used PVC for the window trim, and we watched the crew create custom pieces that were flawless. The garage door frame looks absolutely wonderful. They also repainted the hand railings for our front steps. I must say, they did not look that good when we moved in over 24 years ago. We also had our siding washed, trim painted, windows cleaned and deck power-washed and treated. Mark's crew was very respectful of our property and that of our neighbors. The crew was responsive to questions and eased any concerns very quickly. When they finished. We were left with a gleaming home and no sign of any contractors...nails, wood trimmings, sawdust, paint etc. They did a fantastic job, and we know we will be using Mark again."
