"They did a great job on my siding"

"Amazing experience! Tim was great walking my mom and I through through process of siding and gutter replacement. Very quick process and now my home has a wonderful new face-lift! 😀 Heather and Elvin were also very helpful in the project."

"From pre-sales through signing the certificate of completion, Presidential Exteriors provided first rate, professional, courteous, and friendly service. The new windows and doors work flawlessly, look fantastic, and have cut outside noise too boot. The new siding and trim work look fantastic. My only critique was the clean up on the windows and doors job could have been a lot better. Keeping in mind everyone has an off day, that won't stop me from inquiring about having my vinyl shutters replaced to match the new doors. How did I not notice think of them before?"

"

We would like to thank your crew for doing a fantastic job on our mothers house. First ,for the kitchen renovation, we couldn't believe it could actually happen but you made it happen. Second, new floors and new siding. It became a whole new house and our mother absolutely loves it! And then, since your crew did such a wonderful job before , she wanted her deck screened in and you made that happen as well. Everything was completed in a very timely fashion and your crew stayed on schedule the entire time. What we loved the most was that your crew treated our mother and her home like she was their mother.

A beautiful job completed by a beautiful group of people! We cant thank you enough for how much you have changed her life .

On behalf of the Smith Family,

Shirley Kiger

"I was so impressed with the professionalism and quality of workmanship that this company exhibited from beginning to end. Charlene was my lifeline, informing me of every detail along the way. "We were about to scrap our project after the first contractor Beltway Builders came out for an estimate. The price they quoted was so high we were going to forgoe this project and spend the money elsewhere. The 7th state builders came out and their representative Dan was knowledgeable, professional and worked with me to come up with a design we loved and met our budget which was half the price quoted by Beltway Builders. It really felt like he cared more about our satisfaction than getting as much money as he could from us."

"Great Job. They came out after the big wind storm back in March and tarped the roof right away. They worked directly with the Insurance company which made everything a breeze. They even came back to fix the tarping after the insurance guy pulled it up. The actual roof replacement was completed in one day; clean up was excellent. Would recommend!"
