Set appt for like 12 days out but after me pleading with him, explaining our timing dilemma he made it happen and came with his worker Cheyenne the very next day. Very grateful! Cheynenne is talented and a trooper!! Got the job done within 3 hours and let me tell you, it was BLAZING HOT! Sun beating down directly on him. But it did not affect his work. He's definitely a quality skilled professional. They cleaned up, gave me a requested W9 and a signed receipt. WA-LA, my stress is no more. I was freaking out we might lose our insurance but Kaena & Cheyenne got the job done in plenty of time. YAY!!"

"Technician determined due to age of refrigerator the compressor could not be repaired. Technician was very prompt and professional letting me know exactly what was wrong with the refrigerator. However, Choice Warranty decided to give me a buy out of only $450.00. Old refrigerator was a side by side Amana with indoor water and ice. Choice Warranty did not replace my old refrigerator with something comparable as I thought the warranty was going to do. The $450 buy out was hardly enough to buy a basic top freezer model. If I wanted to by a similar side by side I had to pay the difference out of my pocket."
