With in the week, Jaime arrived to my home and submitted a quote for siding replacement and exterior painting. After receiving a few quotes, I decided to choose Encompass Contracting and it was the best decision. Jaime scheduled to have the building materials delivered and start date for the job. Encompass Contracting crew arrived promptly and began working. During the work I added a few more items for repair, new porch screens, utility building repair / paint and a detailed exterior painting. Jaime had no problem with accommodating my extra request. During the project Jaime was very hands on and had great communication with me. I look forward to my next home improvement and using Encompass Contracting."

"The team was FAST and great! Good job taking down all of the old siding and installing the new siding in less than a week! I was surprised at how quickly this was done. Jason and his team were great! They rebuilt the rotted framing of my front windows without affecting (there was a risk) to my interior drywall. "The best most professional team of people you will ever meet. Totally happy with our purchase. From William the salesman to Mac the project manager, transparency was the message. The crew arrived on time but the material was delayed resulting in one lost day of five promised to completion. Day two was great. Day three had a hiccup. Wrong color for corner post delivered. Crew had to remove completed work and shifted to the soffit. Derek hustled to correct the problem and assured us completion on Friday. Day four!!! Six crew members on site! Wallace and his team are a siding machine. Everyone worked together and worked to complete the job by the end of the day. One day early. Super clean up. Nothing left behind. Very very friendly people. Price was higher than pinnacle or champion but we definitely got what we paid for. No regrets. Superior company."

"I will start by saying that I wish there was a category in the "What type of service was performed?" that says "all+magic". Mack and Juri made of our recently purchased house a dreamy home. Since we are new homeowners, we had certain expectations with the very little knowledge and experience we have with house-related work. Mack and Juri exceeded all the expectations we had and beyond both in the interior and exterior jobs performed. In the interior, they painted most of the house, did a beautiful job on our kitchen cabinets, helped us with a number of --in the word of Mack-- "big problems" with the plumbing with ease and grace. They were there to help us stay calm and hired an amazing plumber, Luis, who was very generous with his time and extremely reasonable with pricing (Thank you!). Mack also hired someone to remove carpets in three bedrooms and install wood flooring. The job was impecable and done efficiently. We had some electrical work that needed to be checked and the electrician was very thorough and did a great job at a very reasonable price. Our kitchen cabinets were sanded by don Alberto and painted by Juri and they look glorious. Juri did a very detailed job with the painting! She was also kind enough to paint our vanity mirror, bathroom lights, and other fixtures at no additional cost. She also did a beautiful job with a white-wash paint in our chimney and it looks great! She is very knowledgable, professional, generous, extremely sweet and easy to work with. ¡Muchas gracias, Juri, you are a true gem! So much I could say about Mack's work inside our house, but I will limit myself to the following: He went above and beyond everything we asked for and more. Always attentive to our concerns and very receptive to our questions and requests. Mack, we are truly grateful for you and Juri! Regarding the exterior, I will start by saying, "wow"! They changed all the wood sidings that were rotten, cleaned our gutters, installed water draining systems, reinforced our deck, and hired Don José and his son to paint the whole house. They were professional, VERY efficient, considerate, respectful (like everyone who works at HandyMack), and very good people. I am sure I am missing many more things, but I am just going to stress that Mack and Juri's generosity, professionalism, expertise, trustworthiness, and interpersonal skills know no boundaries. They are the best people to work with and will ALWAYS strive to exceed (as I said before) every expectation the client may have and beyond. "We have a deck over our finished sunroom. It has leaked at least 5 times in the last 10 years. Jeremy and his crew added a 4'x8' section to the deck and in doing so discovered why the deck has been leaking. The original shoddy workmanship done by the original builder was uncovered and found that a large portion of the deck was completely rotted. Jeremy and his crew did a fantastic job of replacing all the rotten components. Then they totally waterproofed the entire deck the way it should have been done originally. They put down all new porcelain tile and made sure it drained properly. They added new railings and a number of other cosmetic things that have produced a fantastic looking and wonderfully functional deck. I cannot say enough about the work ethic and incredible standard of pride in workmanship that every member of the crew demonstrated. Jeremy has been wonderful to work with. He has kept us completely informed along every step of the process. He is a fantastic person and has the kind of work ethic that reminds me of what makes America great. If I could give 10 stars for Quality, Ethical Standards and Genuine Concern for the job I would be glad to do so. We have two more projects to have done here at the house and I would not consider anyone else but Jeremy and his crew. Call Jeremy and I promise you will be as ecstatic with the results as we are."
