"I wanted the tile laid a certain way, they wouldn't do it- claiming it would void the warranty (?). I challenged that, then they told me there were not enough tiles and it would take a week to get more. I showed them the pattern would work. They said to call my salesman, which I did and he was less than receiving who said he would have his supervisor call me- who never did. Because I had an out of town guest coming, I gave in. Tile looks good, but it wasn't what I wanted."

"Fantastic ! James & Anastasia went beyond expectations! This was not just a simple small size tile the tile was 3ft x3ft through out the house! As a retired builder for more than 55 yr I understand how hard tile this size is to make perfect and that was and with less than1/8th grout line but happy to report almost to perfection. We got to know both James & Anastasia and become friends with both James & his wife for such a young team they have it together! There is always issues that rise up with a job as tough as this ! Every time Every issue even though there were very few of them were addressed and resolved . I’m delighted to endorse this company . "All demo work went well. Everything was scheduled and went mostly as planned. I had other contractors working during the time Efrain and his crew were there and Efrain was very accommodating. With jobs this size things will never be perfect or go as planned but Efrain is knowledgeable, responsive, and worked to ensure we were happy with our remodel and worked hard to meet our timeline. Efrain quotes a fair price and follows through with what he says he will do. He is experienced, a good listener, and provides solutions to almost any problem put in front of him. Good business and individual to deal with."
