"I was initially supposed to get laminate in two bathrooms and a laundry room. The installer informed me that are not allowed to reconnect anything they disconnect so since I did not no know how or had anyone around to reconnected I decided not to do the laundry room. I believe the salesperson told me it would take 4 hours. I could be wrong. However they didnt arrive until after 1 pm and didnt finish until almost 10 pm. If they also had to do the laundry room they would have been here till after midnight. They certainly should not start a job so late in the afternoon if its going to take them that long to complete. Finally, I forgot to ask them to leave a little leftover tile just in case a piece got damaged somehow then it could be cut out and replaced. I spoke to my saleperson and he said they usually do leave a little. He checked with the powers that be and was told no they would not provide me with any extra title. I was only talking about a strip, not a whole room worth. I've used Empire twice before and went through that same issue before. I only use Empire because you can get the job done usually the next day, but they are not a whole lot of options to choose from."

"Time for some home remodeling. Master bathroom.. We went to Home Depot and Lowes to see what their selection of marble and granite was for the large vanity top and we were underwhelmed. So I saw one of their ads come in our mail and it was not too far from our house so we stopped in and wow... what a selection. They have a nice showroom up front.. I am going to guess about
1,800 sf. But what is really impressive is their attached warehouse.... 20,000 sf of finished slabs, marble and granite, in every color you can think of....beautiful stuff. We met Marina Placido and she walked us through the process and then cut us loose to wander the slab warehouse. We found a beautiful piece of White Carrara marble. It is now the most unique piece in our house. The pieces were finished on time and at an affordable price. Architecturestones.com does all the cutting in house and will install the pieces at your home. We will be back when the kitchen project starts in the spring for tile countertops and cabinetry.

The sales people were wonderful about offering us many sample granite tile colors to try at home since we had difficulty settling on a tile color we liked. The office called to confirm our measurements and installation. The installer discussed any concerns/questions he had regarding our kitchen and installed everything in a few hours. Our granite tile got wet from rain on the day of our installation and we were concerned that the sealant did not properly take so we called the office and they came back out in a few days to reseal our countertops free of charge.

Frank and his team were punctual, stayed true to their estimate and time frame for starting and completing the job, and did fantastic work! When Frank came to my condo to see the work I wanted done and provide me with an estimate, he listened to my wants and to my budget. He provided a great and budget conscious solution to updating my kitchen (paint, kitchen cabinets and countertops, doors). He and his team also did some grout work in my bathroom. I was extremely impressed with the time they took to cover my appliances in my kitchen, the floor, as well as hang plastic to seal off the hallway and living room from the kitchen. Each day that I came home, I realized that they had cleaned up the work from the day. I was surprised and pleased to say the least! I emailed them the day before the last day work was to be done. I told them that I had forgotten to ask if they could reattach a tile on my bathroom floor that had loosened a while back.
