"We had 2 separate jobs. One carpet and the other tile in 2 small areas. The carpet crew were very good. The tile installation ended up well when the work was finished by 2 capable and professional women. The 1st crew that came out on Friday to do the work walkeded around on our new carpet with their shoes uncovered and sprawled on the floor while waiting for a call from the office. (Not professional in a residence). The color name of the tile was changed according to installation manager but did not appear to be the color I chose. The 2 person crew left for the day. Spoke to John from warehouse to pick another color. On Monday one person came out to finish but he said he needed another person to help after doing some old tile removal and filling in. (We had expected 2 workers like before) It was not until Wednesday that Lucy and her coworker came and finished the work. It was done in a professional manner with booties worn over shoes/ and or shoes removed upon entering and re-entering home. The salesman did not call back to verify that everything worked out, although we spoke to resolution person, installation manager and another manager from warehouse. (John was very helpful) but I'm not sure if it was him or Donte who only sent 1 worker to finish job the 2nd time, which was not a good decision. All in all it worked out albeit some frustration with lack of delegation from Resolution Dept and Warehouse."

"Time for some home remodeling. Master bathroom.. We went to Home Depot and Lowes to see what their selection of marble and granite was for the large vanity top and we were underwhelmed. So I saw one of their ads come in our mail and it was not too far from our house so we stopped in and wow... what a selection. They have a nice showroom up front.. I am going to guess about
1,800 sf. But what is really impressive is their attached warehouse.... 20,000 sf of finished slabs, marble and granite, in every color you can think of....beautiful stuff. We met Marina Placido and she walked us through the process and then cut us loose to wander the slab warehouse. We found a beautiful piece of White Carrara marble. It is now the most unique piece in our house. The pieces were finished on time and at an affordable price. Architecturestones.com does all the cutting in house and will install the pieces at your home. We will be back when the kitchen project starts in the spring for tile countertops and cabinetry.

The sales people were wonderful about offering us many sample granite tile colors to try at home since we had difficulty settling on a tile color we liked. The office called to confirm our measurements and installation. The installer discussed any concerns/questions he had regarding our kitchen and installed everything in a few hours. Our granite tile got wet from rain on the day of our installation and we were concerned that the sealant did not properly take so we called the office and they came back out in a few days to reseal our countertops free of charge.

Frank and his team were punctual, stayed true to their estimate and time frame for starting and completing the job, and did fantastic work! When Frank came to my condo to see the work I wanted done and provide me with an estimate, he listened to my wants and to my budget. He provided a great and budget conscious solution to updating my kitchen (paint, kitchen cabinets and countertops, doors). He and his team also did some grout work in my bathroom. I was extremely impressed with the time they took to cover my appliances in my kitchen, the floor, as well as hang plastic to seal off the hallway and living room from the kitchen. Each day that I came home, I realized that they had cleaned up the work from the day. I was surprised and pleased to say the least! I emailed them the day before the last day work was to be done. I told them that I had forgotten to ask if they could reattach a tile on my bathroom floor that had loosened a while back. "The project went extremely well. They said they would be here first thing Friday and they were here at 7:50 am. They worked steadily and with care. They did what they said they would. The team is very dependable and easy to work with. They cleaned up after themselves and checked with us on decisions as needed. We are very happy with the final results of our new bathroom. Mitchell and BJ did the tiling work and it looks great, they made sure that the pattern worked for the space and made good suggestions as we went along. Walter painted with care.
