Ronal even took time to correct a problem that was all my fault! I added a few accent tiles but didn’t want to over do it. I asked that he not add an accent tile in one corner, but it later turned out that the extra accent was needed. Ronal chiseled out 4 tiles and added the accent, no extra charge! "I stopped in to see the selection of appropriate tile for my new (lacquered white) kitchen  -- Marina asked what I liked and gave me a few suggestions -- and I looked at EVERYthing -- but kept coming back to my favorite, which was not at all what I had expected to choose!
(I'm so sorry I do not recall at all what it cost, though -- I was just so happy with it!)
It is very slim and very colorful , seemingly random, glass tiles -- which led to beautiful choices for counter color and paint color and fabric selections -- we love the whole effect -- and it all started with the tile. Marina let me check out the tile sample from the store, when I first found it, so I could take it with me to check against my other selections for the kitchen -- very helpful and so much appreciated. Everyone who saw it loved it, too!
The work was done with great precision and neatness, and I was so impressed.  Everything worked on schedule as planned.
I will go back next time we are working on some home improvements -- soon!

"Juan and his dad are very friendly very hard workers. On the floor refinishing. They refinished 20+ year old floors. They replaced water damaged wood. Very good job. There are sanding marks in some areas, but overall very good. They just need to slow down a little. On tile install: Looks good, but tile is not professionally level. It's nicely done, but few tiles are not well lined up, and not level. We had a very large floor area to install but I don't recall them using a level. It certainly looks good. They still need to come back and finish a few things (thresholds). I've called Juan once, but need to call him again to remind him.... I would recommend them. They are good on price, they need to slow down a bit, and finish up."

"This was a great experience! Rafi was the most responsive and had his team organized! the communication about what was going to happen and when was frequent and awesome. They were also very patient with us when we made a few changes, they said "no problem" to everything and took care of it! We need extra plumbing and it was arranged in a timely manner, and to top it all off I have never seen such great tiling work. Oh and price... lets just say it was the best price out there...and we got a lot of quotes"
