"I highly recommend Mark! We had a shower that wasn't sloped properly to the drain and wouldn't drain. He removed all the old tile and spackle, and he properly sloped it to the drain. He did a great job laying the tile. I will definitely try to hire him again for any of our tiling needs!"

"Very pleased with William and the outstanding job he did in cleaning and painting our tile and grout. I will certainly use him again. William has good people skills and a great work ethic."

"The boss man said he would match the grout color and get all the grout and tile clean. I came home from picking up my husband and the grout and caulking looked white. Then after he left I saw the kitchen tile that he was going to fix and it was white. My tiles and cream/ brown, I would call them earth tones. So after I gave it a day to really think on this and what I wanted and what I received I decided to call back and talked to the boss on that Monday. He came out with his worker and redid my two showers and the kitchen floor plus that one tile repair. The shower caulking looked okay. I could have done it just as good the second time around. They fixed the tile in the kitchen and recleaned the floor. It was better. Unfortunately, I would not hire them back. I really wanted to recommend them to my friend but I can?t. They were very nice. I want to hire someone who does what they say the first time."

"I hired Five Star for a remodel of my master shower. Five Star made it very easy by having their own show room. I have mobility issues and Irving Z. made it so easy to pick out the tile and accessories. The office staff was very friendly and helped make it easy, thanks Kim and Irving. The demo crew came in and prepared my home for the job. They put down heavy paper, tape and plastic. The tile setters are craftsmen and did a beautiful job on the shower. Everyone working for Five Star was polite, friendly and professional, Daye and Ediston thank you for my brand new shower. The plumber was Dillon Orr of Shawn Orr Plumbing was very helpful and always answered all my questions. All in all, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience with this project and I will be using Five dStar Services in the future for upcoming projects. Here’s before and after photos. Bottom line folks is you cannot go wrong with Five Star. Before and after photos."

"They were very responsive in providing both the estimates and the work needed which included cleaning the grout and tile in our kitchen, foyer and bathrooms. The floors look great!"

"I recently had my travertine floors, professionally cleaned, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Joe was punctual, professional and incredibly knowledgeable about how to take care of natural stone. My floors came back to life! Truly, I highly recommend their services to anyone looking to refresh and maintain their stone floors"

"Manuel and Jay did an amazing job tiling my son's room. The cost of the job was fair and resealable compared to others. Manuel was on time and always kept me updated of the process and his ideas. They respected my home and kept everything neat and cleaned up thoroughly once completed. This is an honest contractor and I would definitely use him again"

"They did a fantastic job on my counter tops and bathroom."

"The installation was fantastic, the installers were very good at what they do. We had one problem with the man that’s was over scheduling the work, we had our floors finished except for installing the carpet in the 3 bedrooms. The scheduler put us behind another project because it was a larger project, he actually told me it was a larger job than ours and he put them ahead of ours. I called the head office and actually spoke to a man over the projects and explained we didn’t understand why the scheduler put ours off for another project. Our floors were down to cement, we were ready to have it finished. He was so nice, had them at our home the next day or so and gave us a discount to make up for the scheduler’s actions. We felt that was a very caring man."
