"When William Kabak came to our house to assess the acid-worn state of our marble master bath countertop, he showed how wholly apt is the word MAGIC in the name of his business! Instead of merely giving me a quote for the work that needed to be done, he took care of it on the spot, deftly scraping off the soap-scum build-up, thoroughly cleaning the countertop, and polishing the marble to a sheen, sealing it, and thus restoring it to its original pristine quality. Before he left, William also replaced the grout along the length of our Silestone kitchen countertop. Best of all, he educated me about how to care properly for my countertops, especially the one made of marble; I intend to purchase a scraper and the concentrated cleanser he recommended, as well as the spray bottle that I'll use to dilute that cleanser. Given the outstanding quality of his work, William's prices are wholly reasonable-- and I was so impressed with his skills and expertise, that I plan to hire his company to thoroughly clean our master-bath tile shower, including the grout, some of which will need to be replaced. "I hired Five Star for a remodel of my master shower. Five Star made it very easy by having their own show room. I have mobility issues and Irving Z. made it so easy to pick out the tile and accessories. The office staff was very friendly and helped make it easy, thanks Kim and Irving. The demo crew came in and prepared my home for the job. They put down heavy paper, tape and plastic. The tile setters are craftsmen and did a beautiful job on the shower. Everyone working for Five Star was polite, friendly and professional, Daye and Ediston thank you for my brand new shower. The plumber was Dillon Orr of Shawn Orr Plumbing was very helpful and always answered all my questions. "The boss man said he would match the grout color and get all the grout and tile clean. I came home from picking up my husband and the grout and caulking looked white. Then after he left I saw the kitchen tile that he was going to fix and it was white. My tiles and cream/ brown, I would call them earth tones. So after I gave it a day to really think on this and what I wanted and what I received I decided to call back and talked to the boss on that Monday. He came out with his worker and redid my two showers and the kitchen floor plus that one tile repair. The shower caulking looked okay. I could have done it just as good the second time around. They fixed the tile in the kitchen and recleaned the floor. It was better. Unfortunately, I would not hire them back. I really wanted to recommend them to my friend but I can?t. They were very nice. I want to hire someone who does what they say the first time."
