They had to paint over deep red walls in the dining room and they came out great. The team is personable, easy to work with and they listen as well as explain. Kraig wants to ensure that the homeowners are pleased with the word. We had them do 4 different projects with this work order and all the projects came out meeting our expectations. "In performing my due diligence, I contacted---or attempted to contact---about 5 countertop vendors. Some wanted me to come in and talk with them - they did NOT want to come out to see me any my area of work, which was my kitchen that I was totally remodeling.. Nathan was quick to call me back and set up an appointment - around my schedule. He was prompt and brought actual samples. We talked about countertop options....I had wanted quartz, but we ended up with granite and am I glad we did. The next step was to go and pick out the granite. I took a colleague from work and we had a blast! The lady there was extremely helpful - lot of good choices, but with the floor sample and color scheme I had with me, I was able to choose a slab that had a unique pattern (later became part of my 3 x 5 island). A man came out and laser measured everything.....I was present and was concerned that I hadn't had all my appliances installed yet. No problem. On the day of the actual install, Nathan and crew took less than a day to remove the old C-Top, install a new garbage disposal (I had bought), a new granite sink and the new C-Top and Island (I had built). I came in from work to review and pay the balance. When I walked around the corner, I was totally blown away....WOW---It was BEAUTIFUL!!!!!! It was better than I expected!!!!We settled up and I complimented him for his attention to detail, cleanup and overall positive attitude. I would highly recommend Nathan for his high quality work. It is hard to find an artisan these days who not only responds, but takes great pride in his work. Thank you Nathan! Randy"

"Rod was fantastic to work with. Our neighbor hired him years ago to remodel her bathroom. We saw the excellent quality of work that he performed with her shower. She recommended him to us during our search for quotes. He was very responsive and quickly came out and gave us a quote for the job. His price was very reasonable compared to other quotes we had received. We were having a master bath/shower combo taken out and wanted a new tiled walk in shower. Rod had great ideas and suggestions that fit with what we were wanting while being very functional. We arranged a time for when the job would start and he showed up on time each day completing the task over a few weeks. He and his coworker Jerry were very polite and trustworthy. We had no issues with them working in our home while we were not there. They made sure the bathroom was clean each day and everything was put away since we were living in the space during the remodel.
