His scope of work was to repair the tow small walls in the kitchen the contractor left in sad shape. He should have sanded the painted walls and re spackled but did not. He fixed a little blemish here and there but, in my opinion, did not do the job adequately. this is just one example of what he did not fix! The entire kitchen looks great except for the walls. Scope of work was not completed!"
