"Chance Sepulvado, the estimator, and Carly Merrit, VP for Operations and communication with the office was excellent. The price for the work was what I expected. However, the job did not go as smoothly as anticipated but in all fairness, the company did stand behind their work and corrected the issues. Carley arrived the morning of the job and reviewed the details with me. When the lead painter arrived, Carly went over the details and again reviewed the work when the 2nd painter arrived. There was to be an accent wall painted but the 2nd painter started painting this wall the same color as the rest of the room. This wall was then repainted with the accent color. It was still wet when the painters left for the day. The next morning there were highly visible brush strokes on the wall. Sent pictures to Carly and she arranged for the lead painter to come back and “fix” the wall. The other issue was that the painters missed or “forgot” to paint some of the areas on the work order; the kitchen window sill, baseboards in the kitchen, a drywall seam and when the painter was reinstalling the edge guard was going to put it back with paint smudges on the inside. What should have been a single day job took two days and three trips. I work from home but had I to take another day off work for this job, that would have been a problem. I would suggest, the painters be given a copy of the work order so they have a reference as to what work was to be done."

"I don't know if it was the wallpaper or the installer. I have wallpaper in my music room and I have to seriously look for the seems, but in my spare bedroom where this wall paper was put up, I can see all the seems. It just doesn't look professional"

"The crew was very organized and very detail oriented. Upon arrival, they met with me to confirm my request to paint 2 walls 12’ & 14’ high, over a staircase. They laid down their paint cloths and taped the baseboards. They even worked out the nail pops in the drywall, applied spackle and and used a hairdryer to speed up the drying process. They worked together as a team to get the job done and done well in a timely manner. They took time to then sweep and clean up. He was able to patch walls and ceilings leaving no trace. Had an old horse mural on a bedroom wall that had been covered with wallpaper and Dennis was able to clean it up so you could not even tell there was anything but drywall. Some of a hallway had been textured in the past and he was able to remove the texture and give me flat walls again. He gave me a new house! He is an expert and his knowledge of the industry is priceless.He was able to help me choose the color and finish that would go best for my situation. I was very pleased with the courtesy that was taken while in my home to cause me the least disruption.
