"Nick from Milev construction was contracted to repair large hole in kitchen ceiling. The hole was the result of prior plumbing issue and needed to be re-drywalled. The work was done on Dec 3-4-2024. Nick did a fantastic job and I am very pleased with the results. I found Nick to be very professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Milev construction for any repair or painting job that you may need. I would hire him again for any further repairs or painting that I may need."

"Entire Cedar house, foundation and deck painted"

"I can't recommend Master Brush enough; they did a fantastic job. They crew was highly-experienced, professional, friendly, respectful of my home and its conents, and finished the work in a timely manner. They arrived on time and did exactly what they promised to do at a reasonable price. I'm definitely planning to use them again."

"They were pleasant and neat, cleaned up every day, and did a wonderful job. In fact, I have another small job and they are coming today to replace a small section of wall board that was damaged when a curtain rod fell down. I also plan to engage their company next spring to do some exterior painting. It is so refreshing to work with a company that is prompt, honest, efficient, and just plain nice."

"Timothy was extremely professional and a very positive person to have in our home. He immediately impressed me as the only painter that measured all the walls and spaces before giving me a detailed estimate with a breakdown of the work in each separate area. We gladly paid the $1650 deposit in mid-April to schedule his time required for the job, and waited for our turn in his busy schedule in mid-June. His Office Manger was very professional and kept us to date, all estimates were emailed and all documentation was very detailed. When the job directly before us finished faster than expected, we were glad to have him begin the work about a week early. He began removing the wallpaper in the Powder Room and then moved through the Entryway area in a very efficient manner. He worked multiple sections at a time, as one area dried, he was working on another wall. Tim expertly covered our hardwood floors and there was not one single drop off paint found on them.

Tim is a very positive person, who is extremely polite and I was very comfortable having him in my home, both alone with me and at times by himself. The finished product is truly amazing, as our neighbors came to see how it looked (our very wallpapered home was well known by the women in our neighborhood) They were shocked to see our entryway looked as if it had never been wallpapered at all.

The late date of this review is completely by my oversight; I crossed it off my project list by mistake. We look forward to working with Timothy's Painting for future projects.

"Marvin did a great job painting our entire interior (walls and ceilings for 3BR ranch, excluding the laundry room and closets) at a reasonable price. The quality of his work was very good -- even though our house was brand new, the builder's paint job was mediocre. Marvin sanded and patched areas, including the drywalled garage, and dealt with the flat paint that was originally used. It sucked up the new paint like crazy, but now there is such a nice light sheen on smooth walls everywhere. He was professional at all times, worked quietly (a plus since we work from home) and cleaned up after every visit. Our job required a little more than a week's worth of work, so as an individual contractor on a few occasions Marvin had to reschedule or change his start time. If you have the flexibility, though, it was well worth any schedule adjustments."

"Mike and team completely blew away our expectations on every level - service, punctuality, friendliness, and the incredible final result of their work. We will never look elsewhere for any of our future painting needs! Thanks again for everything!"

"I had Zach and his team do my front porch in 2012. I was so happy that I had them do my box gutters in 2013. These guys work like animals. They were there early every day and would work until it was dark. They would work Saturdays. If you have a big job that you don't want to linger, call these guys. The price may not have been the lowest, but it was reasonable, and you get what you pay for. The work was done fast and looks great. I will probably need a new roof in 5 year or so, and will definitely call these guys again.

"Shane is very professional and did a wonderful job.  The wallpaper border in the bedroom was put on over rough plaster so it was impossible to remove without damaging the plaster.  Shane removed all that was possible, then put a finish over the remainder to blend in with the existing plaster, then painted the walls.  The result looks great..  I am planning on having Shane back in the fall for additional work.

"Had some work done this afternoon. The painters were awesome to work with ... the job looks perfect! Loved that the painters have there own suggestions. Already got A quote for our next project."
