"Dave Barone of Barone Professional Painting did an excellent job of painting all interior surfaces of our two bedroom townhouse. It included painting all ceilings, walls, baseboards, doors, and window embrasures. Especially challenging was painting the large cathedral ceiling over the living/dining area. The walls and ceilings received two coats of paint. He was courteous, polite, easy to talk to, and punctual. He started the painting on time, as promised, and worked hard to finish the job on time. His price was very reasonable and the paint job was professionally done. I plan to hire him again for exterior painting of our townhouse."

"I purchased an old house that needed a lot of work when getting estimates I was encouraged by Henry's assurances that they would scrape and sand to remove the peeling lead paint. After nearly two months of delaying the job, I was disappointed to return home on the first day to see they had already painted the first coat and had not lived up to my expectations in removing the old. While the crew was very respectful of my property, neighbors and clean up I feel they rushed the job."

"Timothy was extremely professional and a very positive person to have in our home. He immediately impressed me as the only painter that measured all the walls and spaces before giving me a detailed estimate with a breakdown of the work in each separate area. We gladly paid the $1650 deposit in mid-April to schedule his time required for the job, and waited for our turn in his busy schedule in mid-June. His Office Manger was very professional and kept us to date, all estimates were emailed and all documentation was very detailed. When the job directly before us finished faster than expected, we were glad to have him begin the work about a week early. He began removing the wallpaper in the Powder Room and then moved through the Entryway area in a very efficient manner. He worked multiple sections at a time, as one area dried, he was working on another wall. Tim expertly covered our hardwood floors and there was not one single drop off paint found on them.

Tim is a very positive person, who is extremely polite and I was very comfortable having him in my home, both alone with me and at times by himself. The finished product is truly amazing, as our neighbors came to see how it looked (our very wallpapered home was well known by the women in our neighborhood) They were shocked to see our entryway looked as if it had never been wallpapered at all.

The late date of this review is completely by my oversight; I crossed it off my project list by mistake. We look forward to working with Timothy's Painting for future projects.

"This is a very professionally run business with a punctual owner. I required the painting of not one, but two standard, unfinished basements. One of the basements had joists with x-bracing holding up the ceiling that had been painted an unsightly color, and I wanted them covered with a more traditional color. The painter worked with maximum efficiency and minimum waste. He even painted corners and pieces of wood that previous painters did not touch. Best of all, the work took even less time than anticipated! I was very pleased with the work."

"Zach replied to an Angie's list email quickly by phone (I think it was within a day). He asked informed questions and within a few days came to the house to view the work needed. Within a day or so he provided a written proposal and answered three emails of questions that I had politely and patiently (this was not an urgent repair need). In addition, he explained that his proposal of $2080 covered damage they expected to uncover after removing tiles, gutter, soffit and facia, and labor and supplies to replace soffit and facia that is often damaged in the process of removal. He explained that the cost might be lower if none of this happens. Indeed, that is what happened. One of his two teams showed up on the day planned -- a half hour later than anticipated but Zach called me to explain why they were running late which I understood. They completed the job in 1-2 days. In the end, the job cost $1,268, and when my husband and I reviewed the work, the area was nicely repaired and clean. His final bill arrived quickly and itemized into labor hours and supplies. We were very impressed and are following up with him for future work."

"Shane is very professional and did a wonderful job.  The wallpaper border in the bedroom was put on over rough plaster so it was impossible to remove without damaging the plaster.  Shane removed all that was possible, then put a finish over the remainder to blend in with the existing plaster, then painted the walls.  The result looks great..  I am planning on having Shane back in the fall for additional work.
