"OK in general. The work was delayed a lot by the weather. The rotten top two 2x4 beams (10 feet long) were removed and replaced and primer placed on the bare wood during the first visit. That part of the job was excellent. When it came time to paint the new wood, the worked thought he was to do the carpentry work first. He noted it was done and offered to paint the entire trellis. He used a roller then a brush, but it was blue on blue, and I couldn't tell if anything was not painted. However it was clear he did not cover the white primer on the new wood well at all. There were multiple white areas showing. This could not be seen at eye level, but was glaringly obvious as you went up the stairs to our front porch, and was easily seen from the porch. I reported this to the manager, and she sent out a professional to finish the job correctly."

"Wonderful! First off, Rashiek and his team were prompt and professional with their communication. The quote we received was much lower than competing quotes, and we were not disappointed with the quality of the work. The ceiling looks fantastic and the guys were extremely professional onsite. Since they only painted the ceiling, it would have been helpful for us to have the paint that we used for the walls handy. There are a couple of spots that there was no way for them to clean up without the correct paint, and of course they could not be expected to have that paint on hand. They also did some plaster work for patches and drywall for us and that looks fantastic as well. We will definitely use them in the future."

When repair was being done, we were very much impressed with people on the job and the excellent work. This led to our extension of contract to have much needed work to be done on our home. All work has been professionally done and we are extremely satisfied with the completion of each project.

Price of the complete project was very reasonable and each project called for a variety of expertise which was provided all along the way. I would highly recommend Colmar for any project that is needed."

"We have been trying to get a handyman for numerous jobs around the house, for over a year. Finding a good, reliable handyman is not easy. After numerous calls to different handymen, and no return calls, we were lucky enough to find out about Camp Hill Construction thru a neighbor who had several projects done by them. They were very satisfied and we were able to get their information to contact them. After our previous experiences, we were hopeful they would even show up. The day they were due, they called to let us know they were running a little late, in the morning. That was fine. I appreciated the call. They were very accommodating to please us and were very professional. They took pride in their work and did a great job. I hesitate recommending them because if I need them again, they may be too busy to take care of me. But, I can tell you that I totally trust using them again, and will not hesitate to contact Travis when we need him."
