All of these other reviews are very accurate, he is always on time or early, which is a rarity for contractors, he doesn't request payment until the job is done, other than for materials, or try to rip you off, which is also a rarity for contractors. He is quiet, keeps to himself, and gets the work done in a ridiculous quick amount of time. His work is awesome as well, he hung a new wall of drywall for me and taped, floated, primed, textured, etc. and then painted the entire room and ceiling. We are exciting with the results and will be hiring Richard in the future to paint and fix much more of our house's imperfections as it was built in 1948 and has cracks etc from settling. "Far exceeded my expectations. Took sheetrock to studs to fix, seams are invisible on couferred ceiling, interior paint perfect color match on 20 year old paint! Arrived on time, came in at estimated price, very professional, organized and clean work. I had sanding done in my house and there was no residue anywhere. Do yourself a huge favor and call him for an estimate you wont be disappointed. Forget the rest he is the best for sure."

"Painting went well. After painting was completed and few days later I noted that some of my texture areas of my walls were not smooth  which showed  bumpy looking spot on the wall. I was told that they can come back in and fixed the texture area but will be an additional cost. I was under the impression that  fixing all unsmooth texture areas were part of painting the house. I have to rehire some else to fix these unsmooth these texture area and repaint those same area again. The remaining of the house was painted well.

Paul responded to our request for quote promptly and took the time to listen to our concerns and then walked us through how he would make the needed repairs. Paul’ team arrived on the date and time scheduled. The team members were extremely competent and professional. They were careful to cover and protect our furniture to prevent damage. Paul was in and out several times a day to check on the status of the project, and spend many hours personally working on some of the more difficult areas. He was very attentive to our concerns and ensured that we were satisfied with repairs. Mr. Hernandez and his sons were able to repair my damage, seal, and plaster over the old paper, texture the wall and paint it. It looks great. I plan to use them again. Price was good."
