What I needed done was repairs to 38-year old wallpaper (thank goodness I had saved from when the house was built!) from damage done when plumbing replaced years ago, wear and tear due to time and termites, etc. He loves to do repairs, and did an excellent job. He repaired the sheet rock wherever needed and then repaired wall paper. Looks brand new, cannot tell that a repair was made. He even came back the next day to put a bead of caulking between wall paper and ceiling that really finished it out (not done by original installers). I am extremely satisfied with his work!"
