"We hired Essential home maintenance to repair our patio ceiling and garage ceiling that was falling down. We are very happy with the job that has been completed. The ceiling looks beautiful. They also removed and installed a ceiling fan. Dave kept us updated along the way and felt he was honest and tried to save us money where he could. He received many quotes for this project and felt this company gave the most fair price for work to be done. We will definitely use there services in the future for our home repair needs."

"Travis's team started and finished the job exactly when they said they would. They did a great job - the house looks beautiful! They were very friendly, professional and helpful. They also did several repairs in preparation to paint - wood replacement etc. It's an old house and it was a lot of work and the price was fair. I would highly recommend them, and would definitely use them again!"

"Nelson took care to communicate about the schedule and he worked with our needs to get our living room walls and ceiling freshly painted so we could unpack our new furniture. It looks great and they were fast as well. Thank you Nelson!"

"Initial response to my quote request was quick. There was a lot of back & forth on the pricing but we were happy with $6,000 for 2,317sf. Walls, trim, doors, removal of some wallpaper. He was available quickly and the days we wanted. House was empty because we hadn't yet moved in. Said it would take a week. After 5 days Bill said it was done. At the end of the 5th day my husband and I walked through (by ourselves) and took pics of dozens of small issues and several large issues. The damaged walls were not repaired well, there were paint splatters on stone and granite surfaces, a couple of places were not painted, 4 blinds were not rehung. Bill sent William out on day 6 and by early evening he was almost done painting and no cleaning had yet been completed. What William had redone looked good. We had to leave and as of this writing on day 6 we have not yet seen the finished product. Tomorrow I'm hoping most if not all the little blue pieces of tape we put up look much, much better. Bill assures me he will come back and make everything right. P.S. When Bill told us it was done the 1st time, I asked him "Does it look good?" He replied "Absolutely looks good, horrible question lol""
