"Joey D, James, and Talib were hard workers who took care to protect the areas that were not impacted by their work. They cleaned up the work area very thoroughly. The work included removing dry wall and paneling from the exterior walls of the basement. They trenched around the exterior, installed 2 sumps and drainage channels, replaced 6 window wells, added new drain to the sump in the exterior stairwell, covered exterior walls with moisture barrier, and repaired the concrete. All work was completed in the 5 days scheduled. They communicated well and answered all my questions and concerns. Joey D, James, and Talib make a great team, are employees of JES, and will do a good job for you. They know what they are doing."

"I am extremely happy with AJ's service, start to finish. We initially reached out for an estimate at the beginning of 2015. A representative came to our house to explain all the different products as well as pricing and timing. I had reached out to 2 other companies before hand but was not comfortable their high pressure selling. AJ was very patient with us regarding our timing and budget. I received an estimate on the spot and was able to take my time to review and get back to them. We scheduled the work for May and was able to have 7 Windows removed and replaced in only a few hours. We are very impressed with the quick respond time, professionalism and quality of work including cleanup. We plan on using AJ to replace the remaining Windows as well as a sliding glass door in early 2016.

"Have worked with Jeremy and Larry at 1st Security for a few months now and they're great. They're far more responsive than any other alarm company I've worked with and they're focused on meeting your needs, versus endlessly trying to get you to buy more services and sensors that you might not need. In the house I just bought some other alarm company had installed a window open/close sensor on a window that doesn't open - probably fooling the prior senior citizen owners to pay more for more equipment they didn't need. I rest assured that 1st Security would never do something so foolish and greedy. They're good, honest people, and this is something that's unfortunately hard to find in the alarm business. "Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"I was amazed. We had 10 new windows replaced, and after working a 10 hour day, I was dreading going home & cleaning for the next 10 hours. But when I walked inside my home you didn't even know they were there. everything was placed back to where it belonged, there was no mess to vacuum. There also was no mess outside, my garden was not even touched. The only thing I had to do was wash the windows and hang the curtains. They were very nice & polite, professional men who installed the windows. The windows themselves are 100% perfect. We could not be happier and could kick ourselves for not doing it sooner. They gave us a date in July for Installation. They arrived in May."

"I wish I could remember the name of the young guy that did the repairs.  He was very knowledgeable, efficient and fast.  Prior to his arrival, he called several times to let me know his estimated time of arrival (which I really appreciated--nothing worse than when a repairman gives you an ETA window and arrives 30 minutes before the time window ends).  I will definitely use this company again.

"I received a confirmation from Choice Home for my claim within hours of filing my claim. Included in the confirmation was the Contractors Name, Phone number and the window for service. I was contacted by the Contractor within the service time window, however it was towards the end of the service window. We missed each other call. Therefore my technician visit was re-scheduled for first visit next day. Next day I was contacted by the tech prior to his arrival and arrived as promised. The technician was respectful of our property, he used shoe protectors and ensure all was cleaned before he left. He quickly identified two problems with A/C and corrected them, The technician explained what was covered by Choice Home Warranty and what was not. He provided a fair price for the extra work for use to decide. The technician also identified another issue with the installation of the U/V light in our A/C and provided valuable maintenance tips. In all it was a positive experience."
