"Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value!! I first met the Yeti Construction team at the Chasco Fiesta Car Show. They seemed professional and knowledgeable. We were wanting to add a bathroom to our small home in the City of New Port Richey and had already gotten 2 estimates, and decided Yeti would be our third. One of the challenges we faced was WE weren't sure of anything except we needed a 2nd full bathroom. When Bruce came to first time to see us, we explained this and he immediately started asking us questions about our needs and wants, locations, he noted I was disabled and we spoke about handicap access now and possibly in the future. We liked the idea of using some of the garage space for the bathroom but I didn't want a "garage bathroom" as many of the older homes have, I wanted 2 full interior baths. Bruce suggested several options to think about and went about measuring and gathering all the information he needed to give us an estimate. Within 2-3 days we received a very detailed written estimate. I hadn't really thought about all the pieces to a project like this and Yeti's estimate was the only one that spelled it out clearly for us.. Plumbing, HVAC, Electric, Sewer Drains, Concrete, etc, ect... YIKES!! Yeti's estimate was right in the middle of the other 2 we received cost wise, but their attention to detail and our confidence level in signing with the them was way above the others! The project started as promised with some minor delays along the way for inspections, ect that we fully expected, but we were always kept informed by Monte, Bruce or Jasmine as to the what, when and how of the project. Every person that came to work at our home was polite, friendly, respectful and extremely knowledgeable. Yeti worked with us on some design elements and changes along the way and left us with an end result that far exceeded our hopes and expectations!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YETI CONSTRUCTION!!"
