We gathered 4 different estimates for this project, and Basset offered the best value by far. The maintenance plan offered more service for less cost compared to the other professionals. Basset was able to get us on the installation schedule within a week of our estimate! The installers (AC unit and electrical) were kind and professional. They called 20 minutes out to let us know they were on their way. The installer also took time to go over basic information, common problems, and what to do under certain circumstances. I was a little skeptical at first with their prices being lower and the fact that the company is a little newer, but was very happy to learn that they have years of experience installing bathrooms together (and that experience definitely shows)! We had them replace a basement shower stall that was moldy and unusable. A lot more work went in than previously expected, but they stayed until the job was complete. I could not be happier with the work or the quality of materials. 5 of 5 stars for sure!"
