While texting him my contact information, Albert called me and told me that the plumber was about ten minutes from my house and could come then. I told him that I needed to move things from under my bathroom cabinets so the plumber could work under there, and he assured me that I did not have to move anything and said that the plumber would move everything out of the way, and put them back in place. This took him and his company up another notch in my estimation of them! Francisco was the plumber that came. He was very pleasant, neat, professional, and very well mannered! Manners in our society today is almost as extinct as the dinosaurs! He focused on what he was doing and did not waste time or goof off. It was nothing short of a miracle to actually have a professional come to my house for a project and not stay on their cell phones 80% of the time on personal calls. "The tech was great! He respected my home by taking of his shoes at the door which was 3 stars out the gate. He explained what he was going to do to fix the issue which was redirecting my gasline so the my new stove would go al the way to the wall. He patched the área that was cut wasn't perfect or pretty but it's behind the stove. I can sand and repaint it another day, I just wanted my issue resolved more than anything and he cleaned any mess that he made. The cost was more reasonable than the estimate I'd gotten from a plumber. I was satisfied and would recommend. I can't upload the pic, it won't let me, sorry."

"The work and materials are good quality. But: 1.The sales person did not know the product they sell. I had in mind a 19 inch soaking tub which he promised, but later it turned out they do not have a soaking tub that would fit in my space. Big disappointment and if I knew that I would not have signed for the job right there, on the spot, but would check with other providers or go with a least expensive solution. 2. They only sent one installer to do the bathroom remodel. The same person did the walls and plumbing and he had to carry the bathtub and the walls all by himself. In my past experience this was the work for two people."
